OSINTERSECT is owned and led by Joseph Jones, an intelligence operator with 15+ years across military and law enforcement intelligence. His notable work includes operational OSINT against Wagner Group-aligned networks and direct support to specialist Ukrainian agencies working to identify and locate missing persons and forcibly deported children. Joseph also contributes to EU capability efforts as an external expert for multiple EU agencies.
